Full video is now available of a recent talk I gave for Sapere Aude, which looks at some of the warning signs that can help us spot dangerous and/or manipulative spiritual groups and help us honestly answer the question: ‘am I in a cult?’

This is an important topic, particularly in the esoteric sphere, because when we enter into these traditions we are opening up the most vulnerable parts of our being. The transformation can be life-changing, so being sure that we are in the right place and surrounded by people with compassion and integrity is key.
